I made the Key Lime Pie mix from Wind and Willow tonight. It is easy and fast to make - less than 30 minutes. Mix the bag with the key lime ingredients with 8 oz. of cream cheese, 8 oz. of whipped topping (I used Cool Whip) and 4 Tbl spoons of semi-melted butter.
